Carol Takakura is a board certified Health and Nutrition Coach, CHHC and a certified Yoga Instructor, E-RYT.  Carol spends most of her time working closely with individuals and all types of corporations, schools and private groups, to ensure individuals have better health, nutrition, and the lifestyle tools they need to lead an energetic, balanced and healthy life.  She provides wellness lectures, cooking demos and hands on classes, and conduct health store tours to guide customers in easy, healthy meal planning with products they can find in most stores.  Known for her Kitchen Coaching, she provides in-home classes to create lots of do-able healthy options for everyday use and special occasions.

When she is not speaking at an event or coaching a client, you can find Carol on her mat  teaching or taking classes herself something she finds endlessly rewarding. Carol says-“I love learning, I learn just as much from my students as I do from other instructors sometimes simply by observing…, when I stop learning I will stop being a good teacher.”

Carol lives in Los Angeles Ca with her husband, son and all around perfect princess pound puppy Max. Hobbies include, hiking,biking,cooking,music and reading
