Strawberry Energy Plus Protein Smoothie

My hubby loves his strawberry smoothies. I have to be honest, I am not crazy about the little seeds.. But if I am not rushing out the door and I actually take my time (insert note to self here) this really is not an issue. This little baby gives me a whole lot of goodness, including, sustainable energy, a whooping boast of protein and it is oh so tasty.  Enjoy!!

Ingredients

1 cup Fresh or frozen strawberries-Halved
1 cup unsweetened Almond, or other Nut milk
1 pitted date
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh spinach
1 teaspoon flax seed oil
2 tablespoons Super Food Smoothie Mix

Servings: 1
